* Understand client requirements, identify research themes and evolve the report design
* Help collect relevant data and organize it into a meaningful structure
* Develop detailed research reports and presentations as final deliverables as per client requirements
* Understand and analyze data trends and sentiment across themes
* Report / Escalate data collection issues
Competency Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
* Strong qualitative and judgmental analysis capabilities
* Good knowledge of Internet research tools and technologies
* Expertise in Social Media research and analytics
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Job Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in English literature / Journalism / Mass Communications / MBA
