Job Description:
* Support the existing business systems as well as implement new systems
* Work closely with the business to determine their requirements and translate these into functional requirements
* Derive the options involved in delivering a solution, including work estimate, cost and time period
* Ensure that the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is closely followed while using the existing tracking system to track, resolve and document issues and
projects
* Interact with our SaaS Solution partners to ensure that we use their systems optimally
* Mentor the team in technical design approaches and problem solving, ensuring that problems are effectively resolved
* Lead and manage the team to deliver solutions
* Stay informed about current and future technology to educate the team
* Implement best practices in software services
* Work independently where required to solve complex business issues
* Work with the Business Services Architect for business technology direction
* Ensure that solutions are time-bound and cost-effective
Technical Skills Required:
Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Microsoft technologies, have a solid knowledge of open source tools and good working knowledge of Java and PHP.

* Web Services
* SharePoint/WSS
* SQLServer, MySQL, Oracle
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:
* 7 Years or more technical experience; Proficient in Microsoft Technologies
* Knowledge of Internet Architecture, SaaS Models
* Exposure to CMM and ISO is a positive factor
Education & Certifications Required:
* Graduate in Computer Science – B.E./M.C.A./MSC(IT)/BCA
* Microsoft MCAD, MCSD, MCPD
